just came back from test driving a stage iii twinturbo. all i have to say that it's INSANE. yes. my synopsis: the best way to describe it is this. you know when you punch your na at 3K rpm and you feel that initial jolt and pull? the stage iii does that in ALL gears! i couldn't believe how quickly i hit 80 on the freeway. i can see how you can get hooked on boost because when you nail it, you just want to keep your foot down to go just a little bit faster! oh my, its not a car. when i first punched it, i can honestly say i scared myself and had to let off the gas. crazy. one problem. i'm kinda attached to my na. its been very reliable mechanically and that peace of mind is A LOT to give up...even for boost. price is good. condition seems okay although i'm not an expert. but i've put so much sweat and time into my na and it's gonna be real tough letting it go. i can do it but...oh i don't know. maybe attached? haha...i have to give it some serious thought. by the way, it has 20K more miles than my na. hmmm... all i want is mechanical reliability. but with used tt's i've heard more than one or two horror stories. what you guys think?
